DPMC implements a three levels management system,among which,President and DPMC's management system is divided into three main segments.Two vice presidents are responsible for business operation and production respectively,while President personally is responsible for quality control and administration. The production segment is composed of DPMC-N plant,DPMC-H plant and pre-production engineer department.Marketing & Sales,material purchasing & control, and the planming departments form the business operation segment.Quality and administrative segment,as a functional group, is in charge of supervision,supporting,coaching and training. The three segments sustain and depend on each other and have consistent target,which can ensure DPMC's ability to maximize customer's demand and satisfaction.
