We acknowledge that the creation of profit is the primary function of a
business.Without it a business can not survive.We all contribute to the
generation of company profits.
Our ultimate supervisor or boss is the customer.Without him we have no work and
mone of us gets paid.We give the customer what he wants when he wants it,and at
the agreed upon price.
Our greatest source of price is our product quality.Making it right the first
time is always better than having to make again or to risk giving the customer
less than what he paid for.
Our most valuable resource is our people. Our managers have an obligation to
provide our workers with the tools,training,and environment that will allow them
to do the job. Our workers have an obligation to use the tools and training
efficiently and effectively and to contribute in a positive way to the
maintenance of a good working environment.
We are organized and professional in approach.We do not leave actions to chance.
We do not guess or assume what we can know.
We are open,trusting and supportive of one another. We are dependent on each
other. When one of us succeed,we all succeed. When one of us fails,we all fail.
We realize that to remain static leads only to stagnation. We seek out positive
